woodstorks

I can see from my chair here adult and two juvenile woodstorks feeding in
Swinton creek just off our dock. While not the first time, it is most
unusual since we are very far up the creek, almost to the end in fact.
Swinton comes off the Toogoodoo and our section is actually just marsh with
a wide spot in it with no fresh water flowing.

The gimpy painted bunting is still very active at the feeders and bird bath.
His bad leg doesn't even show any more and his balance is perfect.
