Alaska Penguin

Greetings all.

Talk about an out of place bird.
A couple days ago, a fisherman in Alaska caught, alive, a Humbolt
Penguin!!!!
According to the report (on NPR) - an interview with an Alaska Fish and
game Biologist - it is speculated that the bird may have been an escape
from a ship - apparently the're kept as pets - of course, there's no
evidence either way. Since the species is unknown from any zoo in North
America, it either came off a ship or . . . Either way, imagine being
the one to see that out-of-place a bird. Now all I have to do is figure
out if I should include the species in my next book "Guide to the
Offshore Wildlife of the Northern Pacific."
