Henslow's STILL there

For anyone still wanting to see the Henslow's Sparrow in Henderson County, it
is still there and still singing from the same area. The last couple of days
people have been seeing it more often from about 5 feet left of the yellow
clump of weeds sitting on top of the grass. It still sings incessantly, at
least in the morning, and people with decent scopes have been getting good
looks. This one is easier than the Sharp-tail was. Well, at least it shows
itself more consistently, anyway, although it is much farther away. And if you
know the song you will definitely hear it as the song carries down the slope
very well. You might even think it was a lot closer than it is.
