Pee Dee NWR (NC) CBC

Looking at the results of the Pee Dee NWR count at:

http://birdsource.tc.cornell.edu/showcbc/review.html?circle=NCPD

(total 306780 birds in 95 species)

I noticed a couple of interesting sightings:

Tundra Swan - 1
Black Rail - 1

and also that these are NOT flagged as being unusual. What's going on? Does
the compiler really think these are not rare here or is he trying to get out
of sending in details? Looking at last year's results, it appears that no
details were submitted for anything. (And what happened to the Smith's
Longspur?)

Pee Dee is one of the finest birding spots in the NC Piedmont -- if you're
never been there I highly recommend it.
