Migrants





I was hoping the weather overnight might bring some new arrivals, and I was not
disappointed!

Hemlock Bluffs/Ritter Park:
Chimney Swifts
Northern Parula
White-eyed Vireo
Solitary Vireo
Hundreds of Yellow-rumped Warblers
Belted Kingfisher
Double Crested Cormorant (not on park list)

Heard but not seen:
Acadian Flycatcher
Hooded Warbler

NCSU Pond two days ago:
Rough-winged Swallow
Purple Martin
Chimney Swift
Tree Swallow
Barn Swallow
No shorebirds yet!
