Migrants

Dear C'birders:

I had a very pleasant surprise this morning in the middle of Durham (the NC
Mutual Bldg.). Just before walking into the building, a lbj flew right in
front of me into a nearby azalea. Thinking it was a sparrow but moving in
for a closer inspection, it turned out to be an Ovenbird!

Also, it would help to know when the spring counts are scheduled, so we can
plan trips around them.

thanks a bunch,
