Happy May Day!
I'm pleased to announce the capture of a Swainson's Warbler this
morning (1 May) at Hilton Pond Center for Piedmont Natural History
(York SC).
This is the 122nd species banded at the Center since 1982, and the
162nd species seen on the site.
Cheers,
BILL
P.S. Despite this morning's capture, I STILL don't have Swainson's
Warbler on my life list, since I haven't seen one free-flying in the
wild!
