Saluda County
Delorme page 34, E2
Kindred Drive, just west of old farm house before intersecting with SR 21
Immature Lark Sparrow, present with Palm Warblers. Depleted farm fields,
young elm trees along fence line, dirt road situation. Observed for about
ten minutes, but not relocated an hour later.
Nine Saluda County sparrow species today:
Towhee
Chipping
Field
Lark
Savannah
Song
Swamp
White-throated
White-crowned (at same location with Lark Sparrow)
Also nine warbler species in Saluda and/or Greenwood counties:
Tennessee
Magnolia
Cape May
Black-throated Blue
Yellow-rumped
Blackburnian
Palm
Black-and-white
Common Yellowthroat
