Hello all,
Just got a call from Eric and he was looking at a male Vermilion
Flycatcher near Cherry Hospital, Wayne Co, NC. Mark Simpson and Sam Moore
found the bird just before 3:00 this afternoon. He appeared to be
flycatching with some success. Directions to the spot are:
From Goldsboro drive through Cherry Hospital on Ash St/Stevens Mill Road.
Continue between the two prisons, turning left onto the first dirt road.
Drive down this road to the fence on right. Check along the fence for the
bird as you go. Follow the road to the right curve to a gate in the fence.
He has been flycatching in this area near the gate.
