HBSP on 11-28




Hi Carolinabirders,
	Today, after going on a wild goose chase, I decided to spin over to
Huntington Beach S.P., Murrells Inlet, Georgetown County, SC.  I visited
the causeway, carriage path and north end of Sandpiper Pond. 33 species.

Pied-billed Grebe-3
Double-crested Cormorant-47
Great Blue Heron-2
Great Egret-2
Snowy Egret-3
Tricolored Heron-2
White Ibis-2
Ring-necked Duck-6
Lesser Scaup-2
Bufflehead-10
Osprey-1
Clapper Rail-1 heard only
Black-bellied Plover-8
Semipalmated Plover-2
Greater Yellowlegs-1
Willet-4
Least Sandpiper-3
Dunlin-30
Short-billed Dowitcher-5
Ring-billed Gull-10
Belted Kingfisher-1
E. Phoebe-2
Carolina Chickadee-6
Tufted Titmouse-1 heard only
N. Mockingbird-2

and thanks to Rich Lilly the wild goose chase was successful-Two Snow
Geese-one blue phase and one kinda an immature intergrade.
