A good place for Swallow-tailed Kites that is not too far off of I-95 is B
and C Landing on the Savannah River, which is on the southern edge of the
Tillman Sand Ridge Heritage Preserve, in Jasper County, SC a few miles west
of the town of Tillman. You might find the Wilson's Plover along the GA
coast.
