We had a very brief view of an immature/first winter Lark Sparrow at the back side of the Orangeburg, South Carolina sod farms, (Bethel Forest Rd, near the pigpens & cowpasture, at about 11 AM, Sunday August 3. It perched on a barbed wire fence near a Chipping Sparrow, then flew down the road and was not relocated.
Also, two cooperative Swallow-tailed Kites at the town of Santee, SC.
