Birds on the Old Toll Road today

Ran up the Old Toll road from Montreat, NC to the Blue Ridge Parkway today.
Not a lot of birds singing. Here's a list of the birds still singing:
Ovenbird
Black & White Warbler
Black Throated Blue
Canada Warbler
Veery
Peewee
Broad Wing Hawk
Of the non or not so migratory birds were:
Ruffed Grouse - female, not really singing just sort of clucking at me.
Didn't
know they would do that
White Breasted Nuthatch
Red Breasted Nuthatch
Northern Junco
Stu Gibeau
Black Mountain, NC
