We had a nice flock of birds at Riverbend Park (northern Catawba County)
this evening. It was mostly Tennessee and Cape May Warblers, but I did
manage to pick out a Philadelphia Vireo. There were some others in the
flock, but the lighting was not good. The Cape Mays and Tennessees were
acting more like Black-and-white Warblers hanging on the sides of the trunks
of trees. It made for nice viewing.
