Yesterday (10/30/03) Rob Jackson (my boss) found a late Tennessee
Warbler dead on the sidewalk near the LSRC building on the Duke campus.
This late bird is the latest report for the area that I know of by a
week. On 10/23/03 Rob found a deceased but right-on-schedule Hermit
Thrush near the Phytotron building. The two birds are now in the -80 C
freezer waiting for my next run to the N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences.
