	i have got to say, that when i called the insurance company after
being hit recently, they said that i would be treated like a pedestrian (i
was going to object strenuously, but the guy explained this meant my
medical bills would be paid as i went along).  i think that to the
government, you are a vehicle, and to the insurance companies, you are a
pedestrian.
