SrI:
SrImathE Gopaladesika mahadesikaya namah:

Dearest Srivaishnavas,

Since the beginning, AzhwAr has been considering Lord
RanganAthan and hence now addresses Him (Rangan). The
last two paasurams (119 and 120) are AzhwAr?s joyous
thanks to Sri RanganAthan for His anugraham of
Moksham.

ponnisoozha rankamEya

  NnaiyinuLko zhunthezhunthu,

  voNsudarkko zhumalar,

  minRuyenkum ninRathE. (119)

Oh most wonderful and Mysterious Lord! - Ascharya
bhUthanE! The blue hued flower coloured most Beautiful
Lord! The One who resides in Srirangam surrounded by
the river Cauveri! Please listen to this with Your
divine ear! [and what is that.. it is] his
[aazhwaar's] aathma svaroopam admixed with dEham and
Indhriyams and stuck in the mud of Paapams and PuNyams
before has arisen now as a sparkling flame (Jyothi)
over those limiting bonds and has attained the sacred
feet of the Lord of Srirangam (Ponni Soozh ArangamEya
Poovai VaNNan), rooted itself there forever without
any Jn~Ana SankOsam [contraction of dharmabhUtha
jnAnam]- firmly established in its own nature of being
His eternal Seshan (servant- dAsan).

If the seed is sowed, it sprouts into the tender
leaves and then the bigger plant, tree grow. Kozhundhu
(tender leaves- thaLir in Tamil);

kozhundhu- may also mean the flakes of fire- the fire
tongues ¡Vdheepa jwAla tends to grow and becomes huge-
Thus indicating that the jnAnam glows and grows. The
power of sprouting into leaves, the flowers etc., was
all there already within the seed, but were hidden,
covered, formless, contracted and after the seed is
sown, they start to come out and be visible.

Similarly, my soul (AthmA), yayaa kshEthrag~na
Shakthi: saa vEshtithaa:
Thus- due to karmic diseases, covered by limitless
sins that have been committed over various births for
ages, blinded by cruel vaasanaas, the eternal nature
of Jeevan has been lost; the jeevathma swaroopam has
been deprived of the Absolute Bliss of divine
Communion with the Lord and greatest Anandham
(enjoyment) of the Lord (ParipoorNa brahmAnubhavam),
on account of his (jeevaathman?s) indulgence in
ungodly ideals and is deeply immersed in ocean of
sorrow and suffering. Now, [due to his grace- due to
some intentional or unintentional good deed performed
somewhere down the line by the jeevan] being blessed
with the kataaksham of benevolent, most compassionate
sadAchArya, the AthmA (dharma bhUtha jnAnam] has
started glowing; growing. Not stopping with that
growth, the flower has bloomed [flower being
Saranagati at His Lotus feet] and given rise to fruits
(of moksham being granted by Him]. Thus the plant has
grown fully;

Ananya bhakti is mentioned here in this verse. AthmA
(Jeevan) would then enjoy realization of eternal
association and thus reaps the enjoyment of Union with
Him.

One can also refer to other interpretation of this
here:

The paapam?s repository if the soul (Jeevathma) and
from that (seed), sprouts the tender leaves (thaLir)
i.e. the focus, the desire, love, bhakti, devotion for
the Lotus Feet of the Lord. Holding onto that Feet, it
continues to enjoy (grow) on the beautiful limbs, the
wonderful Divinely Beautiful divine Navel, Chest,
Thirumukham, The mysterious ParamAthma DhivyAthma
swarUpam, His most auspicious attributes (limitless
numerous kalyANa guNAs), swarUpa, aishwarya, vivhUthi,
etc.. and end up being full of Joy of having and
continuing to enjoy Him wholly.

Thirumazhisai Piraan ThiruvaDigaLE SaraNam
Regards
Namo Narayana
dAsan
