When did words starting with εγλ get changed to εκλ?
For instance:
Hebrews 12:3
εκλελυμενοι P13
εγλελυμενοι P46
εκλυομενοι (01, 02)
Also interesting:
1 Peter 2:4
εκγλεκτον (P72)
Apparently had changed but was copying an earlier manuscript that had εγλεκτον, I would presume.
Obviously same for εγβ and εγδ
Is there a good book that talks about the change in spelling in Greek?
Other examples:
Acts 15:13
σιγησαι (P74, 04)
σειγησαι (05)
Thanks!

I always wondered what Greeks think when they see that commercial "λέγω μου Ἐγὼ"

Re: Textual Criticism Question
There's some discussion of this in Gignac's grammar here: https://archive.org/details/gignac-a-gr ... 3/mode/2up
