I think anything relating to Greek that's non-koine is still highly relevant, so will be happy to see any and all books relating to Greek works, regardless of era.

By all means include those new titles that deal with Greek outside Koine. Many of us are interested in the dialects and literature that preceded Koine. Many of us are interested in Patristics as well. Especially those of us interested in CI/SLA approaches to Greek pedagogy and learning want to see more focus on treating Greek as a real language. All languages have histories and development. The more we can appreciate the broader picture of Ancient Greek, the better in my view. You can always use some label as suggested to advise that the work is not limited to or focused on Koine.
