    "Clad only in light summer garments, Korean youngsters eagerly surround Lt. James S. Lampe, USN, ..., as he places a Navy P-Coat on a cold little Miss. In the background, a ROK Marine also assists a little girl in putting on a coat. However large in size, the amounts of clothing donated by the destroyer USS George K. MacKenzie through the efforts of Lt. Lampe were sufficient in helping to keep the children warm against the cold winds and freezing temperatures of the Korean winter."

    Fleet Epidemic Disease Control Unit One (FEDCU ONE)

    The location may be the village of Cho Dong, on Ullung-Do island, where FEDCU ONE personnel treated a Typhoid outbreak in mid-1952.
