    Seoul Campaign, September 1950


    South Korean infantry and irregulars rounding up prisoners in the Seoul area, as U.S. Marine Corps M-26 tanks roll past, 26 September 1950.
    The irregulars in the right center appear to be armed with Russian Mosin-Nagant rifles.

    Korean War Psychological Warfare

    Quoted from the original caption released with this photo by Commander, Naval Forces Far East under date of 24 May 1951. The U.S. Army truck carrying the ROK troops also appears to be towing a wooden pole.

    Republic of Korea Marines


    "Aerial Convoy Drops off 'KMCs' -- As a column of Korean Marines move down a trail, three 1st Marine Aircraft Wing helicopters (one appearing as a dot in the distance), brings in new loads of 'KMCs'."
    Photograph and caption were released by Commander Naval Forces, Far East, under date of 20 April 1952.
    Helicopters are Sikorsky HRS types, of U.S. Marine squadron HR-69.
