According to Mrs. Elizabeth Wilkins, who was assigned to this office and examined this photograph circa the early 1980s, the location is the middle part of the 3rd Floor, 7th Wing. She identified the following people in the photo: Yeoman 1st Class (F) Martha Whitcomb (seated, lower right); Yeoman (F) Margaret Flambeau (standing by pillar, 5th from right along the windows, wearing white blouse & bow tie); and Yeoman (F) Alta Moore (seated, about halfway back in room, with dark hair, wearing blue coat with a dark collar).
