ive read that mycorrhizal fungi cant be brewed but im sure there are many
other "brewable" fungi associated with native soil ecosystems that would
differ from agroecosystems.

recommendations in the brewers manual say to add mycorrhizal at the end so
im not sure how you would add native mycorrhizals.......thought there are
some companies in perth selling powdered microbes and mycorrhizal fungi....i
might see what they think.

Are you referring to mycorrhizal fungi? This is a topic we should cover on
this list, IMHO.
