EM and IM and BD all use plant extracts -- known
variously as herb teas, plant-based extracts,
fermented plant extracts, and liquid manures.

See the plant extract resources compiled in this post to Sanet.

_____ Note: This is the long post that contains notes on EM-FPE,
or EM-Fermented Plant Extracts, and the websites in India that
summarize this technology.

The table by Margarita Correa contains plant
extract recipes for the control of 64 insects
and diseases. It is in my archives; contact
me off list if you want a copy.

Have tried to paint a picture how these parallel
on-farm extracts relate to CT's, see:

When you combine EM with plant extracts, for
example, you have the added benefit of
microbial extraction and fermentation.

The IMO recipe calls for the addition of
sugar to plant biomass, to feed indigenous
microbes.
