I'd say that depends on if you're talking about moral right
or legal right. Spend 15 minutes talking with a lawyer to
find out if you have a legal case before investing too much
time and energy on this. Do you have employees sign a
non-disclosure agreement with a non-compete clause?
Did this person sign such a document? Again, first check
with a lawyer if for no other reason than to find out how to
avoid this in the future and protect your hard work and
investments.
