Hi Kirk -

There is a Compost Tea Task Force
created to provide guidelines to
NOSB so compost teas will be updated
in the NOP.

Elaine and Will and myself are on it,
so are many other people involved
in organic farming and compost teas.

If you want to write to people, I
suggest you take a positive tone
about the use and efficacy and safety
of compost teas. I am referring to
concerns about pathogens like E. coli.
Put together documentation and send
it to NOSB with copies to Eric Sideman
at MOFGA.

There is plenty of interest in getting
compost teas updated, but it takes
time working through the processes.

Hope that's helpful.
