The data from SFI showed you that fungal activity was pretty close to desired, but as I recall, the total fungi needs alot of work. So, getting the quarter to half inch of debris on the bottom of the brewer moving will be a challenge. But Bob Norsen probably has some ideas - his brewer had that problem and I think he's fixed it.

Go ahead and ask your questions here or one-on-one. Now is a good time, 'cause in a week, I start traveling again, and can't spend as much time here. And today, I'm snowed in! Forced to take a day off! Wait a minute..... day off? What am I doing on-line!!!!!!

I like making sure folks are getting the information needed on something I care very deeply about. So it's not really work, is it?
