I am a VISTA volunteer doing some research for my project. I am not
at all scientific, but I am fairly intelligent. I have just
finished reading The Compost Tea Brewing Manual. Am I correct in
understanding that compost tea has live organisms in it and so can
not be bottled and stored?

Compost tea has live organisms in it, and these organisms cannot be stored,=
or the tea will lose it's efficacy for many of the benefits I talk about. =

Bottle active tea, and the bottle will blow up.

Put the tea to sleep, and while you lose species diversity, you can then st=
ore it.

I would also like to know how compost

tea and worm tea are the same and how they are different.

Many people mean worm compost EXTRACT and not true tea, when they SAY worm =
tea.

TEA is brewed for a period of time. Extract is not. So you need to let me=
 know which you mean.

If anyone

out there can help me out by answering these questions, I will
really appreciate it.

Hope this helps!

Elaine
