I believe anyone producing large quantities of tea and selling would
be foolish to NOT have reocrds of DO levels throughout the brew! I
do not agree with this unsubstaianted claim that 6mg/l is the low.
In some locations (elevations) this will be near impossible.

I agree and believe you guys just said the same thing. A DO meter is a good
thing to have when you're making compost tea. I just hope it won't ever
become a requirement. Compost teas are inherently safe if you have a nose.
