Odors in zoo enclosures ARE effectively controlled. Odors in tiger
and lion transfer trucks with wooden floors are controlled for over a
month.
Asian elephants are a bit more difficult but monthy application of 25
gallons of raw tea per thousand square feet is successful. Not
biosolids, but successful oder control! All treatments were in
acceptable range for bacteria in tea, fungal levels don't seem to
have any relevance.
A highly bacterial product is currently being marketed to zoo
operations with great success.
Experiments with horse rings and small cattle operations are being
conducted.
No science just results from "odorphobes" and persnickety noses.
