Where did you come up with this figure??
I summarized the process in one of my posts.
[I think I suggested 18-36 months.]
Darned if I know which post and I'm not going
to wade through Yahoo to find out.
The CTTF is currently in the hands of NOSB.
That might be a good place to direct your
comments and ask questions about public input.
