We are using a centrifugal pump. The aeration seems good. I don t know that
it would chew up microbes. The first tea brewed was the color of regular
green tea though which seems light.

Hmm, Pierre....this sounds like you are using a pump that chews up the
microbes....what kind are you using?
Also, what recipe are you using? Have you done any SFI testing?
