"of choice" The chooser must analysis the source. If
you want a particular result then ask the producer to
produce it and see what it cost. It's not the
producers responsibility to produce for any specific
use. He may choose to if there is a market. From
inside of the business I can tell you the processer
must figure how to process first then look for a
market to fit the result. It's expensive to process
and anything added to the process increases the cost.
In our market we were paid approx what it cost to
process then we had to make a profit selling the
finished goods. It is a much closer business than it
appears.
