Usually not enough to make a difference. Amount is the tricky part here.

Yes, but again, amount is important. If you have a great foodweb, and the
predators get right to work as the fungi start growing and tying up N, then
you will see no N-tie-up. But if you have no predators, then you may see a
problem.
