If you're referring to the Eco-footprint work of Bill Rees, et. al., here's
a site about that which includes a calculation mechanism to play with...note
that there is so far only one set of "baseline" values for footprint impacts
that the site authors have provided, and they are, like any one might add
themselves (which one can do at this site), subjective...
