A bird, of sorts... It took me this long to identify it from the
description I recorded on my mini-recorder on which I take notes:
While here (February 20), a Piaggio Avanti
(http://www.flightdailynews.com/nbaa2002/09_09/record.shtm) overflew
providing a special "avian" experience. This is a twin-pusher-turboprop,
t-tailed, canard-equipped bizplane, with a distinctive whine. This was a
lifer for me. <G>
