Hi Carolina birders,

At Coddle Creek reservoir today.......green-winged teal, shovelers, a
seemingly endless number of coots, mallards, great-blue herons, common
snipe, hooded mergansers, ruddies, and ring-necked ducks. I'll try to
report throughout the winter every week as I generally go by the reservoir
weekly. The most variety seems to be on the north end along the bridge on
Hwy 136....a spotting scope is very helpful if not essential.
