HBSP on 1-21

Hi Carolinabirders,
Today, I went with a new birder Paul Glanzel to HBSP. It was cold in the
30's to 40's and windy, so much so that perching birds couldn't or didn't
want to. We looked at the causeway on a declining tide, walked the
carriage path and looked into Sandpiper Pond, peeked at the ocean from the
main and north parking lots-but nothing was on the water. about 40 species
