This part is a more or less unconference. About 2/3s the number of attendees as yesterday. Much talk by vlogers about their independence. And talk about what “public” means. There seems to be a bit of tension split three ways between “pubic” broadcasting as in NPR and NPRish folks, and community activists groups, and bloggers and vloggers. Each claims to be responsible to the public whoever that is under their definition.
