Paul Jones
So I take a break from grading to drop by a Kentucky Derby party. Play a little croquet. Draw a horse name to make it interesting. “Closing Argument” Odds? 70 – 1 and up to 71 by the time the nags get put in the gates. But then — I’ll be damned — Closing Argument places!
Note: Paul Jones was the Derby winner in 1920. I’ve been told we resemble each other when seen from the rear.
