    Thanks for highlighting that savings Paul. In light of Sally, Mark and Laurin’s recent call for reworking our approach to tech in town, we need to get started sooner than later…

    BTW, I (and others, Brian, Terri, etc.) have been pushing for something like this for 3+ years – think of the $$$ we could’ve redirected to social services, further tech investments, etc. The thought of the lost opportunities curdles my cream…
