Natalia Smith writes to announce that the ibiblio-hosted Documenting the American South Project has added Oral Histories:

Documenting the American South has launched its 9th collection, “Oral Histories of the American South“. The collection includes 21 unique interviews from the Southern Oral History Program with the focus on three significant environmental transformations in North Carolina between 1985 and 2000: the Cane Creek Controversy in Orange County, the extension of Interstate 26 through Madison County, and the flooding from Hurricane Floyd in the eastern part of the state.
