Re: Source Needed for naval history question

Sharon - You might try Samuel Eliot Morison's "History of U.S. Naval
Operations in World War II".
This is the official record in 15 volumes. It does mentions allied naval
operations as they
related to our own, so it might have what you need. Volume 15 is a very
comprehensive
index to the work. The set should be available in major public and academic
libraries. You
could certainly get it through ILL if you have the time.
