Re: Videos in University Archives



Here at Oregon State University Archives, we have a form that a patron signs
to borrow documents, records, films, etc. It is an agreement that this will
be used properly and when it will be returned.  The borrowing patron (in
your case, the athletic dept) signs it and gets a copy of the form.  We keep
the other, and make sure we follow up on any late or missing "stuff."  It
works really well, as we emphasize the need to return items as promised --
or no more borrowing.
