Maria Schoeberl joins H-D Archives

I am pleased to announce that Maria Schoeberl has joined the Harley-Davidson
Motor Company Archives team as Archivist.

Maria's primary responsibilities will be the preservation, cataloging and
organization of the historical collections of documents, photographs and
small artifacts. Prior to accepting this position, Maria worked as an
intern in the Archives starting in September of 1998. She graduated in the
spring of 1999 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Master of
Library and Information Science degree.

A native of White Bear Lake, Minnesota, she also received a Bachelor of Arts
degree in English from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
She previously has worked at Milwaukee Urban Archives, Sysco Minnesota and
Cowles Creative Publishing.

Having already been a great asset to the Archives, Maria will no doubt prove
invaluable to our efforts in preserving and interpreting Harley-Davidson
history. Please help me congratulate Maria on her new assignment!
