Can't say I've ever exhibited (poor choice of word, perhaps) such material, nor
even had the opportunity, but I suspect the minimum you'd have to do to prevent
offended sensibilities is to put the materials up in a limited access area (i.e.
a room with a door rather than a hallway anyone could walk through).
I'd also expect you'd want to make it quite clear in signs, pamphlets, flyers,
etc. that the material involved is erotic in nature and patrons/passerbys should
be aware of it before they venture in. I'd also check with various people -
legal dept., public relations, etc. to make sure they're prepared for the
possibility of offended parties raising a federal case over public indecency
kind of thing.
