Open Position - Manager, UCSF Archives and Special Collections

Bob Schmidt provided this address for posting open positions to the Archives and Archivists listserv.  Since I'm new to using listservs, I'm not sure how the process works.  Is it possible to receive an acknowledgement that this was received, and that our vacancy announcement was sent out?

Any information/help is greatly appreciated.
