Presenting collecting ethics to the Board

Thanks, Michael, I shall need all the luck I can get. I've been asked to
discuss archive security with the Board when it meets in two weeks. Tact and
diplomacy are not among my strong points in life, so I'll be hard put to get
the necessary points across without igniting uneeded fires. I'm open to any and
all suggestions about how to handle this.

Best wishes, and thanks for help given,

Tom
