Re: User Registration Forms



Actually we've tended to keep registration forms for a long
period....I suspect there are at least seven years in storage.
My reasoning is that if we had to prove last use of an item
or a question of theft came up, these forms would be very
helpful.  At the same time though, is there a period of time
during which "theft" expires?   And after seeing all the materials
on replevin, the Holocaust, etc., I don't believe there is a time
limit in this area.   Theft is theft; it does not become ownership
due to time.   Otherwise Greece would not still be trying to get
back the Elgin marbles from the Parthenon.
