Re: Watermarks for Photographs
All,
We've had a lot of success (and even some fun) with a program
called Thumbnailer. It is only $25 and you can see information about it at
www.smalleranimals.com/thumb.htm . The primary purpose of the program is
to create thumbnails for images in batches, but you can also do a lot of
other batch commands with it including overlaying text or images, resizing
images, converting from one format to another, putting borders on images,
etc.
Anyone with Adobe Photoshop and a lot of patience could remove
this type of watermark, so if high security is a priority then this will
not be what you need (what do you expect for $25?). But if you are looking
for a cheap way to provide enough of a watermark to stop casual re-use,
then I think this might just do the job.
